At Thunderbolt, GA, we have been filling vacant personnel requirements for our clients in the fields of tax consulting, banking, legal & office, and real estate since 1994.

Our client is a traditional bank that also embraces a modern mix of digital customer consultation and personal consultation through branch sales.

To further expand customer relationships in the retail banking sector, we are looking for a permanent full-time
Private Client Advisor (m/f) for our branch in Darmsatdt.

Your responsibilities:

Personal consultation with private clients by appointment, in person at the branch, over the phone, and through digital media regarding existing account relationships
Private client consultation in the areas of consumer loans, mortgage financing, fund savings plans, and retirement products
Conducting personal consultation meetings based on individual customer needs and requests
Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of sales
Identifying potential sales opportunities
Actively utilizing crossselling approaches
Intensifying and expanding customer relationships

Your qualifications:

Successfully completed training as a bank clerk and previous experience as a private client advisor
High affinity for new media and openness to new approaches in digital customer communication
Enthusiastic personality with a sense for customer needs and high customer orientation
Strong customer and service orientation
Confident and convincing demeanor, as well as a structured and independent work style
Passion for sales with a focus on profitability and closing deals
