  • Maintain QA equipment calibration log, ensure current calibration status for all equipment and calibration standards, and schedule supplier calibration visits as necessary.
  • Assist with BRC compliance as required by the Quality Manager or Food Safety Practitioner.
  • Assist with the document control software (MasterControl).
  • Coordinate testing activities and timelines.
  • Participate in Quality team activities.
  • Generate documentation, report information and results with accuracy.
  • Become familiar with QA practices and procedures.

  • A good ability to question data and question unexpected outcomes.
  • Preferred knowledge laboratory techniques and safety practices.
  • Computer literacy especially in Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of Quality tools (e.g. NCR, CAR, Fishbone, 5Why).
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Strong interpersonal with both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in flexible is preferred.
