- Obtain, maintain, and distribute weekly pricing data information.
- Update and manage the master pricing file within our internal software system.
- Monitor market websites daily for price fluctuations and adjustments.
- Enter budget information into the internal software system upon receipt from the Sales Staff.
- Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives and Sales Staff to ensure accurate product pricing.
- Assist with maintaining and distribute the "Advertising Calendar" for scheduling purposes.
- Review and approve requests for payment of allowances and rebates to customers.
- Assist in investigating and addressing inquiries from CSRs and other departments.
- Coordinate the implementation of procedures established by the Customer Service Department.
- Analyze variances on price with POs and Invoices.
- Assist in creating new customer accounts and managing corporate billings.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in intermediate to advanced Excel functions.
- Associate degree (AA) or equivalent qualification, or a minimum of 1-2 years of office experience.
