Service Contract Clerk
- for maintenance contracts


Your responsibilities:


  • Processing and reviewing contract inquiries
  • Creating quotes, calculations, and contract drafts
  • Coordinating and consulting with customers and regional managers on scope of services
  • Preparing billing details and resolving outstanding payments
  • Recording and documenting contract and customer data

Your profile:


  • Completed vocational training in a technical or commercial field
  • Professional experience in service or maintenance contract management is an advantage
  • Structured and serviceoriented work style
  • Experience in dealing with customers
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics products Navision, CRM, and Office
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
