Job Overview: Madmen Kitchen is looking for a talented Line Cook (With room to grow) to join our kitchen squad. The perfect fit will have a love for food prep and the culinary arts to ensure top-notch quality and presentation of dishes.

Responsibilities:

Checking in daily with the Executive Chef for tasks to be executed
Prepare ingredients, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
Cook menu items with the rest of the team
Follow recipes and presentation guidelines
Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
Maintain a neat and hygienic workspace
Help with inventory management and supply orders

Experience:

Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a relevant food industry role
Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
Understanding of food safety practices
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
Great communication skills to work well with the team

*A Food Safety Certification of 5 years is required, it will be provided if needed.

* Proficiency in basic Spanish can be beneficial
