Responsibilities:

  • You will lead and manage a team in our central customer contact center. You will be the main point of contact for your team members and the escalation point for our customers.
  • You will ensure the continuous development and process improvement of your team and their tools in coordination with other team leaders.
  • You will ensure written and telephone correspondence with our customers, providing general information and finding solutions for specific inquiries.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the service quality within the company.

Qualifications:

  • You have previous experience in leading and managing employees, as well as several years of experience in customer service or call center roles.
  • You have excellent communication skills and are a responsible and professional individual.
