Stars Therapy Services is currently seeking an
_experienced _Scheduler** to work from our office in San Diego, CA. This position requires language proficiency in both English and Spanish.

This role will allow you to build your administrative skills and experience and serves as a great stepping stone into the healthcare industry.


Stars Therapy Services is a leader in providing Assessments and Early Intervention for children with developmental delays in a naturalistic environment.

This includes providing Speech, Physical and Occupational Therapy using evidence-based practices, while also maintaining cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Provide excellent customer service with exceptional phone etiquette and professionalism.
  • Be the first point of contact and route calls to appropriate parties.
  • Process referrals and educate families on the steps and procedures to access care.
  • Manage Microsoft/Google Sheets
  • Work in a fast paced environment with quick changing priorities
  • Process cancellations and schedule makeup appointments as needed.
  • Communicate all changes in schedules between families and the clinical team.
  • Research and communicate staffing coverage needs per assigned region.
  • Maximize a family's service hours based on their authorization and availability.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development with leadership staff.
  • Ensure meal and break period compliance when assigning clinical schedules.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Minimum of 12 years of clerical and customer service experience.
    Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience with highvolume scheduling or call volume.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete competing responsibilities and projects.
  • Effective communication and comprehension skills in reading and writing.
  • Skilled in collaborating with colleagues and leadership.
  • Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office 36
  • Display enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a teamoriented mentality.
  • Ability to problem solve both independently and collectively.
  • Comfortable in a fastpaced environment.
