Overview of the Role:


As a People and Culture Coordinator, you will play a key role in contributing to the overall integrity of the data and reporting produced by the People and Culture team.

It starts with ensuring that new hire information is accurately entered into our HCM. From there you'll be responsible for various administrative activities along the employee lifecycle.

From performing I-9 verifications to tracking organizational changes to processing exit paperwork, your keen attention to detail and passion for efficiency will set you up for success.


Responsibilities:


  • Verifies I9 documentation and maintains that they are current
  • Enters and audits new hire information within HRIS system
  • Creates new digitized employee records, files documents in appropriate records area
  • Reviews employee data changes documents and processes changes within HRIS system
  • Assists with processing of terminations
  • Responsible for accuracy of data within HRIS systems
  • Tracks all Alignment seasonal employees and their required documentation
  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions

Required Skills and Experiences:


  • 12 years related experience and/or training
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
