Job DescriptionOur client is an Global Investment Banking firm is seeking an Executive Assistant supporting the new Managing Director and team of bankers. This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and smarts. This IBD team are new to the firm. You can own this position. The key is that you have worked in Investment Banking is a huge plus but will meet with Executive Assistants that have experience in working in different divisions of Investment Banking
Coordinate all aspects of executive level appointments, meetings, client entertainment and conference calls
Prepare and review materials and correspondence for meetings
Assist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents
Coordinate frequent travel arrangements - both international and domestic, prepare, reconcile and track expense reports through Oracle (T&E system), Organize and secure highly confidential company and employee information
Assist in ad-hoc reports special projects as needed
Non-Technical Skills
5+ prior experience in administrative position, IBD experience is a Hugh plus but if you have worked in anther division of Investment banking you can segue you skills in to the role must have worked in Investment Banking.
College degree preferred
Expert in multi-tasking, organizing and prioritizing a must
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented with ability to work independently and prioritize workload
Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism
Energetic, responsive team player with the interest to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment
Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Ability to gain a strong command of new systems (Oracle - Travel & Expense, Reporting System)
