Position Description:

We are seeking a Business Application Analyst to join our CGI team in Salt Lake City, UT

This is a full-time career opportunity in supporting a leading global client. This opportunity is located at a client site in the Salt Lake City area. Must be able to work in person onsite.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

How you'll make an impact

• Analyze and document complex business processes/ functions and current problems (scope of 5-10 business apps)

• Identify alternative solutions to understand gaps in business functions/ processes

• Facilitate problem management between site-based teams and offshore teams

• Coordinate bug resolution between 3rd party service providers and on-site teams

• Must be based in Salt Lake City, occasional site visits required (2-3 times a week on average)

• Due to the nature of the application supported, may be required to assist on incident outside normal business hours

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

What you'll bring

3 to 6 years experience in the following:

• Excellent written and oral communications skills

• Experience in the role of business systems analyst in a team environment

• Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups

• Experience in logistics systems development & support: manufacturing/ERP systems, card readers/badging systems

• Experience in troubleshooting .NET/C# apps - / web apps and delivering minor improvements a plus (nice to have)

• Ability to maintain relational databases and troubleshoot MSSQL queries a plus (nice to have)

• Mostly work from office, but ability to work in construction/hazardous area on need basis

• Physical fitness and drug test may be required

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $55,600 - $118,700."
