POSITION OVERVIEW
dormakaba is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Sales team in Houston, TX.
This position is responsible for the overall sales and profitability performance in their territory to end users such as hospitals, hotels, airports, and property management firms.
The key elements of this role are to provide sales growth in the assigned region, consistently drive profit growth, maximize satisfaction of customers served by the branches, and develop consistent line of repeat business that delivers opportunities for scalable growth.
This position is an outside sales position with the End User Sales Representative being in the field 90% of the time.
This position is a remote role that will cover the Houston region
HIRING SALARY RANGE
:
Base Salary $75,000 - $95,000
(Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)Plus, a generous Sales Incentive Compensation. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Sell Access Automation Solutions and Service direct to the end user customer.
- Develop a territory plan and account plans to manage the assigned territory.
- Grow the number of planned maintenance contracts and end user customer specifications for the territory.
- Collaborate with other sales staff through customer meetings.
- Work closely with dormakaba employees to capture planned maintenance agreements after new product installations.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- High school diploma or greater education
- 510 years of industry experience
- Automatic door knowledge
WHAT WE PREFER
- Prior outside end user sales experience
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce)
