Your responsibilities will include:


  • Preparation of monthly payroll and salary statements
  • Processing of all reporting and certification requirements
  • Correspondence with authorities and offices
  • Maintenance of employee master data
  • Creation of various wage types
  • Point of contact for employees regarding social security and taxrelated questions
  • Recording of salary components and processing of garnishments
  • Calculation of special circumstances, such as maternity leave, work restrictions, and parental leave

Your skills include:


  • Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in payroll accounting/payroll
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and payroll systems (ideally DATEV Lohn & Gehalt)
  • Solid understanding of labor, tax, and social security laws
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong affinity for numbers
