- Consult and serve Xplor Growth Built-For-You (BFY) Customers on their marketing automations
- Deliver excellent quality customer service to BFY customers by proactively consulting them on their customer journey communications
- Deliver best in class services in the boutique fitness industry to drive BFY customer satisfaction, product/service adoption, and month over month retention
- Support in building a consultative high-touch product by incorporating automated ways to deliver marketing consulting at scale
- Efficient and timely launch and implementation of services with a high level of accountability
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures for delivery of services to Xplor BFY customers
- Has a blend of SaaS and consulting knowledge and can apply that background to evolution of BFY
- Proactively address client needs and improve quality, reliability, and repeatability of BFY services
- Deliver consistent, efficient and effective work without sacrificing customer service in a remote fast- paced environment
- Meet and exceed quarterly objectives and key results tied to growth, NPS, and churn for the BFY Customers
- Experience with marketing automation strategy and execution
- True love for customers and helping people
- Extensive experience in implementation, delivery, creation and development of service deliverables using various Xplor technologies or other software platforms
- Ability to support Head of Professional Services in a remote setting
- Ability to execute strategic vision and to implement best practice processes
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; with self-awareness and strong client-facing presence to be able to effectively communicate to clients.
- Highly ethical, ability to demonstrate empathy, humility, motivation and listening skills
- Passion for fitness, health, and wellness, our vision, and the customer problems we are solving
- Marketing Guru with ear to the ground on the latest digital marketing trends and tactics
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ year marketing automation experience
- 1+ year of fitness industry or related experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience working in Consulting, Professional Service, or related function
