OVERVIEW:
Adam Vaillancourt Roofing LLC is a successful and fast-growing local roofing company.

We are looking to expand our Contact Center by hiring an Account Specialist to manage customer inquiries, including scheduling appointments, customer service issues and questions.

To do well in this role you need to love serving people, have a great phone manner and follow processes to drive the best outcome for the customer and the business.


As part of our team, your primary duty will be to answer all incoming calls promptly, entering the customer's information in our database, scheduling appointments for our Sales Representatives to meet with customers, and tracking the results of customer appointments.

You will work closely with our other Account Specialists to support our Sales and Production Teams in serving our customers.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always
  • Schedule appointments for sales
  • Making outbound customer assurance calls
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE


Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service and calltaking
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Teams in particular)
  • Excel experience a plus
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High School degree; general education degree, or equivalent.

Skills Desired:

  • Have a professional phone manner, especially when dealing with stressed customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Deal with clients, vendors, and other employees professionally
  • Highly organized and efficient

Schedule:
We offer a flexible schedule during the week. On-call some weekends

Pay:
Up to $20.00 per hour
