We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in Lauterbach to join our team as soon as possible.

As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d), you bring the following profile:

  • Customer and service-oriented as well as reliable and independent way of working
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in a B2B environment
  • A completed commercial education is an advantage
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of common MS Office programs
  • Good knowledge of German in spoken and written

Your future tasks as a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d):

  • Support and maintenance of your own customer base with a focus on ensuring long-term customer satisfaction
  • Receipt and solution-oriented processing of customer inquiries by email or telephone
