Type of employment:
Shift work, full-time
Working hours: 40 hours per week

Your tasks

  • Advising end customers on specific topics such as car sharing
  • Forwarding and recording damage reports for booked vehicles
  • Arranging and/or extending booking confirmations
  • Processing exchanges and cancellations
  • Providing assistance and advice on using the app and payment processes
  • Complaint and grievance management

Your profile

  • Commercial training or career changer
  • Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form
  • Empathy and a friendly, obliging demeanor
  • Service and customer orientation
  • Solutionoriented thinking and acting
  • Police clearance certificate
  • Willingness to work shifts (2 shifts between 6:00 am 10:00 pm, every 2nd weekend off
