- Handle all dispatch activities efficiently.
- Ensure smooth communication park-wide using phone, radio, and email.
- Manage incoming service calls according to policies.
- Direct security-related calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate medical emergencies with the right personnel.
- Record all service calls in the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system.
- Allocate incident reports for completion by staff.
- Distribute keys, locks, radio gear, and supplies to staff members and ensure accountability by the end of the shift.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Report radio repair issues to the relevant staff.
- Understand procedures during power outages or emergencies.
- Monitor and manage missing persons cases in the park.
- Ability to stay calm in stressful situations.
- Minimum age of 18 with availability for flexible shifts including weekends, days, nights, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Capable of meeting tight deadlines and making sound decisions independently or within a team.
- Physically fit for prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, or continuous movement.
- Completion of all required Six Flags training and certifications.
