We are looking for several Call Center Agents (m/f/d) for our modern client in Duisburg, Germany.

Your daily tasks:

  • Customer consultation and support over the phone
  • Receiving and processing customer inquiries and forwarding them to the appropriate departments
  • Preparation and followup of customer conversations, including documentation
  • Handling of complaints
  • Communication with customers and business partners

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial education preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
