The HR Business Partner will be responsible for formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
Duties And Responsibilities
Consults with managers, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Manages full cycle recruiting process including candidate sourcing, engagement, interviewing, and offers.
Builds relationships with key stakeholders and have a deep understanding of the business needs.
Partner with hiring managers on identifying strategies for sourcing the best candidates and support regular hiring needs
Create offer packages and negotiate candidate offers by partnering with hiring managers and key stakeholders
Utilize an Applicant Tracking System to manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
Demonstrate high standards of customer service skills and behaviors towards internal clients, external vendors, peers, staff and candidates

Knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to function autonomously and use good judgment in a diverse, global environment
Participate and work in both a team environment and to work independently
Education And Experience
Bachelor's Degree OR at least 6 years of progressive HR Manager experience within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, warehouse, distribution.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including knowledge and determination of closing difficult to fill roles as well as attractive passive candidatesExcellent interviewing, networking, interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills
Extensive understanding of HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems
Strong knowledge of US employment laws and practices
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
