Your tasks

  • You are responsible for the complete preparation and timely execution of the monthly salary accounting for our employees
  • As part of the salary accounting, you ensure the processing of administrative and technical tasks
  • You are responsible for maintaining master data, certification management, absence management, contract management, and common year-end tasks
  • You support our employees with your expertise in all personnel-related matters
  • You are the first point of contact for health insurance companies and authorities for all accounting, tax, and social security-related issues

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • You have several years of professional experience in salary accounting and ideally have additional qualifications in the field of personnel
  • You have good user knowledge of common MS Office programs and ideally knowledge of personnel accounting with Sage
  • You are a loyal, committed, communicative, and service-oriented personality (m/f/d)
  • You work independently and responsibly and enjoy working with different internal and external interfaces
