- Oversee contractors' work to ensure conformance to contract documents
- Supervise work of other inspectors
- Prepare daily work reports documenting completed work for payment to contractor
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of NYSDOT construction inspection experience.
- Prior bridge experience a plus
- Efficient with the use of Site Manager.

Job DescriptionAn experienced NICET III certified, Senior Inspector is needed for the NYSDOT Region 5, I-86 Bridge Rehabilitation project over Chautauqua Lake (D in Cattaraugus County, New York. This is a large project with a construction cost estimated to exceed $78 million. Work is ongoing and will be complete in the fall of 2026. Need is immediate.
