Your responsibilities as Deputy Shift Leader (m/f/d)

  • Personnel planning in the coating plant area
  • Control, management and optimization of the coating process
  • Ensuring material flow and product quality
  • Monitoring and ensuring all maintenance and repair work
  • Training and development of employees
