We are in search of a highly skilled and dependable Backup Childcare Provider to join our team.

As a Backup Childcare Provider, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to children when their regular caregivers are unavailable.

We are in need of an individual who possesses a deep passion for working with children, maintains a flexible schedule, and boasts outstanding caregiving abilities.


Responsibilities:


  • Deliver topnotch care to children ranging from infants to schoolage, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and happiness.
  • Adhere to parents' instructions and daily routines to maintain consistency in the child's care.
  • Engage children in ageappropriate activities that foster learning, creativity, and social interaction.
  • Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring children receive a balanced and nutritious diet.
  • Handle light housekeeping tasks related to child care, such as tidying up play areas and washing dishes used during meals.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents, keeping them informed about the child's daily activities, achievements, and any concerns that may arise.
  • Uphold a safe and clean environment, following health and safety guidelines at all times.
  • Quickly adapt to different family dynamics and household routines.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in child care, whether as a nanny, babysitter, or daycare provider.
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • A genuine affection for children and a commitment to their wellbeing.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility in work hours and the ability to adapt to changing schedules.
  • The capacity to handle emergency situations with calmness and efficiency.
  • Respect for cultural and individual differences.
  • A high level of reliability and punctuality.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Types:
