This includes scheduling appointments and accurately updating patient records, contacting doctor's offices and insurance companies, and proficiency in computer skills.

We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with experience in an office setting, as well as possessing strong attention to detail, customer service skills, excellent organizational skills, and knowledge of medical insurance.

• Keep patient records organized
• Document payments and invoice in Quickbooks.
• Organize and schedule appointments.
• Manage patient information.
• Communicate with staff and patients about changes in appointments and other matters.
• Manage medical office records and handle billing and insurance issues.
• Obtain authorizaton for patient visits through insurance.
• Contact doctor's offices for referrals, prescriptions, and other documentation as needed.
• Create and modify documents on Excel and Word.
