As a member of our service team, you will be responsible for customer support and field service planning.


You are a skilled communicator and organizer, always keeping the needs of our customers and the efficient scheduling of our service employees in mind.

Even in hectic situations, you remain friendly, solution-oriented, and reliable.


Your tasks in detail:

  • Competent and customeroriented support via phone
  • Handling of customer complaints (phone, email)
  • Daily planning, support, and coordination of service technicians in their respective regions, taking into account customerspecific requirements
  • Creation of delivery notes and customer invoices
  • Maintenance of customer master data

Your profile:


You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, have initial work experience in customer service, or a technical education with a commercial background.

You are clear and convincing in your communication with customers and service technicians, have a strong service mindset, and are a reliable team player.

You have the ability to work in a structured manner and prioritize effectively, finding suitable solutions for all parties even when things don't go according to plan.
