- Supporting the team on building out the pipeline and capture plans for pursuits
- Understanding and communicating what our competitive advantage is for given area
- Understanding and communicating to the organization what is happening in the RTO's (PJM, MISO, CAISO, SERC etc.) so we can develop a strategy on how to approach pursuits.
- Help us understand and develop a strategy for new markets
- Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures
- Performs special projects and completes other duties as assigned or requested
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant field
- 5 years' experience in supporting an organization from a strategic perspective.
- Ability to extract, evaluate, and utilize data to communicate effectively a strategy.
- Self-starter who can work independently while supporting the needs of the team
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Travel: Yes
- Percent of Time: Up to 10%
