We are currently seeking a Vice President for an investment banking position in Munich with Stanton.

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Vice President role with our client, a leading player in the Tech M&A sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in dynamic and complex environments. Exceptional stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully complete end-to-end deals
  • Preferably, specific experience in the Technology sector, including completing sell-side mandates
  • 6-12 years of experience in advisory/Corporate Finance, particularly in M&A or an Industry team

Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing and mentoring Analysts and Associates
  • Proficiency in developing and reviewing financial models, including database systems
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and applied financial theory
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Ability to lead discussions with senior client executives and target management
  • Contributes to initiating and expanding group marketing and client development efforts
  • Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
