The Schultz-Hencke- Homes are learning psychotherapeutic facilities that offer support for children and adolescents with significant academic and social deficits to reintegrate into society.
The responsibilities include:
working with children/adolescents according to our learning psychotherapeutic concept, documentation, team meetings and reflections, parent work, organization, implementation and supervision of leisure activities in small groups, planning, organization and execution of holiday trips, collaboration with other professionals.
To be well-prepared for this role, you should have a state-recognized degree as an educator or social worker (m/f/d), the ability to implement a holistic concept, commitment and resilience, creativity and perseverance, curiosity and enthusiasm for an extraordinary field of work, and the willingness to have a flexible work schedule.
