**Position:

Rehabilitation Attendant

**Location:

New York,NY

**Shift :
7:
30am-3:
30pm / Mondays and Fridays ONLY


Duration:
13 weeks
Pay:

$18-$20/hr on w2

:

Assists Physical and Occupational Therapists with portions of treatments under the supervision of appropriate therapist
Examples are:

bed mobility, ADL, Ther.
Ex., ambulation, etc.

"1. Routinely sanitizes and cleans physical therapy modalities and performs routine safety checks on equipment as specified in the Customer of PM and R Policies and Procedures Manuel


  • Transports patients to and from physical and/or occupational therapy sessions
  • Assists patients to and from wheelchairs and stretchers using correct body mechanics and transfer techniques
  • Responsible for weekly, monthly and annual inventory of designated equipment with ongoing reports to Program Manager
  • Assists with ordering and neighborhood shopping as needed
  • Daily statistics reconciliation batching and delivery to appropriate IS Customer

Skill
:

High School graduate or equivalent preferred

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) (1 Year)
