What can you expect?

• You will be responsible for planning, preparation and follow-up of all events (customer events, internal and external events), ensuring a smooth process and providing on-site support for your team
• You will be the main contact person for event organization, coordinating communication with participants, customers, colleagues and service providers
• You will handle budget planning and control for events
• You will be responsible for developing various event formats and creating integrated marketing concepts for conferences, workshops, trade shows, conferences, large events and cultural events with your team
• You will manage registration and participant management
• You will support team-internal or cross-team marketing projects

• You have a degree or professional experience
• You have extensive knowledge in event organization
• You work independently and results-oriented with high quality standards
• You can handle multiple events simultaneously
• You have a good sense for creative trends in the event industry and enjoy thinking outside the box
• You combine creative thinking and excellent communication skills with very good German and good English skills, perseverance, thirst for knowledge, teamwork and willingness to travel for regional events
