Job DescriptionAbout the Opportunity This is an opportunity for a Leasing/Admin Assistant for an on-site position at a luxury rental building/s. The Leasing Assistant will work with the Leasing Manager and Leasing Agents to assist in the Leasing Application process. They will also be the point person in the office for all office administration. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong admin/operations skills who is looking to grow in a Project Management role.About the Company
Our client is a boutique real estate brokerage specializing in new development planning, sales, rentals, and marketing across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.Responsibilities:
Preparing listing materials and posting on internal and external sites
Maintaining and updating building materials online
Keeping track of Open House Dates and Times
Updating offers and contract information in live time
Properly saving all documents and photos in their appropriate locations
Tracking daily reports and ensuring they are correct
Create and maintain reports, documents, and presentations to assist with administrative support
Assist with organizing events for brokers and buyers
Assist with the creation of call agendas and log meeting minutes
Ordering supplies, preparing and distributing marketing materials to agents
Support New Development VPs with developer requests and relations
Requirements:
Must have an extensive knowledge of Google Suites - especially sheets and slides
Must have extensive knowledge of Excel
Highly organized and task-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills Amiable demeanor with a focus on exceptional service and effective communication Ability to learn new systems in a changing environment Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to work independently and in a team environment Administrative skills with attention to detailPreference:
General understanding of residential sales preferred
Experience with StreetEasy Manager Tool
Job Type: Full-time, 5 days a week with at least 1 weekend day
Salary: $50,000-$70,000
