Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team.

As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities.

This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others and contribute to their overall well-being.

Duties:

Implement behavior management techniques and strategies as directed by the supervising behavior analyst
Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities to implement behavior intervention plans
Collect data on client progress and behavior using various data collection methods
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
Collaborate with the behavior analyst and other team members to analyze data and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
Provide direct care and support to individuals during therapy sessions
Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records and documentation
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of individuals at all times

Qualifications:

Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is a plus
Strong analytical skills to effectively analyze data and make informed decisions
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently as well as part of a team
Familiarity with medical terminology and medical records is beneficial
Must be patient, compassionate, and have a genuine desire to help others
