Responsibilities:


  • Generate roofing sales leads, mostly through selfgeneration efforts, while capitalizing on the abundant leads provided by the company.
  • Conduct thorough roofing assessments and present customers with detailed product information and estimates.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Uphold our culture of quality and outstanding customer service in every interaction.

Qualifications:


  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of roofing materials and construction processes is a plus.

Compensation:


  • Initial 6week probationary period: $14/hour base, plus uncapped commissions
  • Postprobation weekly Salary $600 weekly base, plus uncapped commissions
- $100 Weekly allowance for vehicle, fuel and phone expenses
- $600 weekly advance towards commissions
