Creating Fascination: Your Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining relationships with software suppliers
Evaluating supplier quality and performance in regards to compliance with DO-178C and DO-254
Ensuring design and process safety with software suppliers
Assisting in the selection and development of software suppliers that meet aerospace standards
Conducting audits and reviews of software suppliers to ensure compliance with standards
Developing and implementing processes for continuous improvement of supplier quality and performance
Working closely with internal teams to ensure supplier products meet project specifications
Training and supporting internal teams in compliance with DO-178C and DO-254 when working with software suppliers
Continuously improving the quality assurance system

Bringing Strengths: Your Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in supplier development, preferably in the aerospace sector
Extensive knowledge of DO-178C and DO-254 standards and their practical application
Experience in evaluating and selecting software suppliers
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German
