Job Title: Head Project Manager

Salary: Up to 100,000 EUR

Location: Evansville Office (Flexible in-office requirements)

Start Date: ASAP

Language Requirements: Fluency in both German and English required

Overview: We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in Evansville. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results. A background in marketing is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the technology team in developing and implementing innovative solutions to support our marketing initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business goals.
  3. Communicate and negotiate with clients - experience in consultancy is desired.
  4. Effectively manage the technology budget and resources to meet project deadlines and objectives.
  5. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend strategic initiatives to enhance our competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in a leadership role within a technology or marketing environment.
  2. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
  3. Understanding of programming languages and technologies in the field of AI (previous development skills not required).
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
