  • Procurement of external processing tasks for production parts from suppliers after consultation with internal departments
  • System-based processing of orders, order verification and tracking, cancellations, as well as scheduling and quantity changes
  • Coordination of shipping and delivery dates with internal production order control
  • Detailed planning of supplier utilization on a monthly basis and monitoring of delivery dates
  • Invoice verification / agreement and approval of order-related additional costs
  • Planning of temporary relocations after consultation with internal departments

Bring your strengths: Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or similar qualification
  • Basic knowledge of production processes desirable
  • Good communication skills internally and externally with suppliers
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Thorough and structured way of working
  • High quality awareness
  • Teamwork
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs and ERP systems (InforLN, SAP, ...)
