- Procurement of external processing tasks for production parts from suppliers after consultation with internal departments
- System-based processing of orders, order verification and tracking, cancellations, as well as scheduling and quantity changes
- Coordination of shipping and delivery dates with internal production order control
- Detailed planning of supplier utilization on a monthly basis and monitoring of delivery dates
- Invoice verification / agreement and approval of order-related additional costs
- Planning of temporary relocations after consultation with internal departments
Bring your strengths: Your qualifications
- Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or similar qualification
- Basic knowledge of production processes desirable
- Good communication skills internally and externally with suppliers
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Thorough and structured way of working
- High quality awareness
- Teamwork
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs and ERP systems (InforLN, SAP, ...)
