    As the Supply Chain Systems Manager, you will be a critical resource for the Sandoz Supply Chain organization. You will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and supporting the implementation of supply chain initiatives in all areas of supply chain, with a primary focus on order management and serialization. You will work directly with the operational teams as a front-line resource for issue resolution and one of the subject matter experts for the team for systems.

    Your additional responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    *Work with the Global IT team to maintain the availability of the ERP (and related systems) on a day-to-day basis.
    *Ensure best practices for security, reliability, and useability of the systems.
    *Partner daily with the SC Operations teams to help troubleshoot system issues related to order management, EDI transmissions, serialization data, EPCIS messages, etc.
    *Train SC team members on the use of the relevant systems.
    *Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the business and how the systems support operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
    *Develop and deploy ad-hoc reports for users, as requested.
    *Support continuous improvement projects.
    *Support connections between Sandoz and suppliers and customers to ensure seamless operations.

    This opportunity can be located at the Sandoz Princeton, NJ or Mechanicsburg, PA site. Preference will be given to candidates not requiring relocation.

    The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $112,800 and $169,200/year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/24 through 12/31/24, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

    On September 30, 2021, Sandoz entered into a 5-year Corporate Integrity Agreement. Certain positions will have responsibilities to support the execution and adherence to CIA obligations, CIA-related deliverables, and any relevant audit, monitoring or Independent Review Organization (IRO) remediation.

    Role Requirements

    What you'll bring to the role:

    *Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and a STEM major is preferred
    *Requires SAP and Supply Chain experience
    *Requires a minimum of 5+ years of relevant business experience
    *Requires experience working in a Pharmaceutical environment. Understanding of Generics business is strongly preferred
    *Requires Serialization Knowledge including: DSCSA regulations, GS1 Standards, aggregation, CMO/3PL/Customer integration
    *Strong understanding of packaging technologies used in a manufacturing environment is preferred
    *Requires proven experience with the following areas of focus and expertise
    *Clear understanding of how systems, operations and environment will affect outcomes
    *Innovative thinker and champion for change that delivers timely/sound decisions to the business
    *Creative and collaborative self-starter and results driven team member who always goes the extra mile
    *Excellent organizational and communication (written & verbal) skills
    *Detail oriented and able to multitask and meet deadlines
    *Critical thinking, complex problem solving and ability to provide alternative solutions
    *Able to translate learning to others on team
