Cintas is seeking a Uniform Room Manager.

Responsibilities include managing the daily activities of a uniform room; implementing appropriate policies and procedures; hiring, training and developing employees; maintaining customer relationships; and maintaining service and goodwill to customers.

Skills/Qualifications:

Required

High School Diploma/GED
Minimum 2 years' managerial experience
Experience managing at least 5 employees
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet
Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, including overnight travel
Valid driver's license
High School Diploma/GED

; Bachelor's Degree preferred
