Job Summary:
The Content Analyst will monitor and address missing invoices, working with vendors to ensure all invoices are addressed in preparation for go-live.
Responsibilities:
- Establish access to billing data, whether direct access, LOA etc.
- Issue Letter of Authorization to vendors
- Determine media to use for best solution for client, Calero and vendor
- Establish electronic data feeds
- Redirect paper invoices
- Set electronically available invoices to paperless
- Load invoices per client requirements in preparation for GL coding and cost allocations
- Work with invoice acquisition tool to move invoice feeds from test to production
- Manage and triage client and vendor communications during the onboarding process
- Provide onboarding status update at weekly client implementation meeting
- Review data against existing readers / handlers
- Submit reader / handler request
- Validate and test reader / handler
- Configure vendor accounts in the tool
- Gather and provide documentation and test data for the development of new readers and verify the new readers once they are developed
- Test changes / enhancements to existing readers
- Collate and load vendor contracts into the tool
- Know and understand the differences in Telco media (EDI, CABS, CD Media) to insure the clients' needs are being met in regards to level detail, data availability, bill cycle date, bill consolidation and missing bill volume
- Understand and read the various formats of data provided for troubleshooting issues (ex., confirming inclusion or exclusion of data)
- Ensures maximization of the invoice loading process by evaluating and identifying the need for new readers to automate invoice loading
- Review implementation workbook information received from client for completeness and convert to Professional Services Implementation tracker
- Determine target method of delivery for each invoice on the implementation
- Set up client communication and system infrastructure
- Establish electronic data feeds
- Collate information within implementation tracker
- Create required instances (e.g. CMT / IMS)
- Document handover information for transition to Service Operations
Education:
- University /Bachelor's degree and/or related experience
- A combination of education and experience will be considered
Experience and Training:
- Minimum one (1) years experience with Calero products and services or similar software
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Agility to fast paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
Technical Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge and experience with the following technologies:
- Microsoft SQL
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Windows
