We are currently seeking a Digital Learning Designer (m/f/d) for our location in Essen.

Your role

As a Digital Learning Designer, you will be responsible for designing digital learning materials and managing our online learning management systems (LMS). Your expertise in graphic design is crucial for maintaining consistency and ensuring quality management standards.

As a member of the global Enablement Team, you will work closely with content developers, LMS administrators, and subject matter experts. Your main tasks will include:

  • Designing SME content to ensure a cohesive appearance of various training materials such as videos, training slides, e-learnings, and the ifm Academy (LMS).
  • Utilizing graphic design skills to create visually appealing and memorable training materials in line with ifm brand guidelines.
  • Contributing to the visual appearance and user interface of the LMS and its associated mobile app.
  • Developing images, animations, and learning videos using tools such as AI avatars and text-to-voice, to be published on platforms such as the ifm Academy and YouTube.
