- Provide technical support during implant of the remed System
- Provide training to hospital staff during the opening of a new implanting center
- Provide technical support for therapy activation and titration
- Work closely with the Territory Manager (TM) to support all aspects of the sales process
- Support therapy optimization of the remed System during overnight sleep studies
- Train new customers to use the remed System programmer and to perform all aspects of device programming
- Work in a highly dynamic environment with an ever-changing schedule
- Maintain current vendor credentials to have access to customer facilities
- Provide remote technical support during scheduled "on-call" duties
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in a technical field required
- 2+ years in a clinical support role with a medical device company, preferably from the Cardiac Rhythm Management industry with extensive implant support experience required
- IBHRE certification Preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate
- Willing to take responsibility and act independently when necessary
- Ability to travel (including overnight stays) 80%
