Your tasks include:

Being a contact person and advisor for all questions throughout the employee life cycle
Creating documents (e.g. works council hearings, contract changes, termination confirmations, employment references, certificates, etc.)
Administration of HR systems according to defined processes and standards, creation and maintenance of personnel files
Managing and further developing HR processes and instruments
Supporting in payroll processing
Collaborating with external institutions (employment agencies, health insurance companies, service providers, etc.)
Working closely with managers and colleagues
