Position Overview

Major Responsibilities/Activities

  • File setup
  • Application data verification
  • Loan costs and fees verification
  • Vendor verification
  • Determining, requesting and gathering applicable applicant documentation
  • Issuing initial and amended LE and disclosures
  • Requesting and gathering applicable documentation for underwriting conditions
  • Issuing initial and amended CD
  • Issuing closing packages
  • Responsible for working with customers via all channels of communication.
  • Responsible for compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations and secondary market guidelines, policies and procedures.
  • Attends/completes relevant courses and seminars, as assigned.

Qualifications, Requirements and Skills

  • Minimum of five or more years' experience in residential loan administration.
  • Extensive working knowledge of Encompass LOS
  • Knowledge of Fannie Mae products and guidelines.
  • Knowledge of other secondary market products and guidelines.

Other Skills/Abilities

  • Exceptional customer service skills, ability to multitask and a cooperative team approach is essential.
  • Proficiency in all relevant computer technology.
  • Adherence to corporate dress code.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality is essential to this position.

Pay:
$58, $64,300.00 per year
