In our high-volume call center environment, we need that level of professionalism to ensure the quality and customer satisfaction that K.

Right now, we need someone who will coordinate the entire process of repair work with our Homeowner Service Team.

You will receive requests for service or information from homeowners via phone, email or other written communication and input these requests into our Homeowner Service software system.

In addition, you will schedule evaluation appointments with homeowners and Homeowner Service Managers, assign service requests, generate Homeowner Service reports and maintain/update information in our Homeowner Service software system.

To join our team in this role, you must have two to three years of administrative and/or customer service experience.

Computer proficiency is essential with experience utilizing MS Word and Excel. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
