The Client Services Coordinator will provide advanced administrative support to a large office as part of the Sales Operations function.This role requires gathering documentation to complete high-value voucher forms processing commission payments collecting compiling evaluating complex data creating written descriptions of results ensuring client messaging is in alignment with company branding reviewing marketing templates approving creative answering screening directing incoming telephone calls responding escalated inquiries providing information maintaining confidentiality reading routing incoming mail reviewing distributing routine communications faxes emails sales professionals coordinating schedules appointments sales team members attending Sales team meetings recording meeting minutes action items recognizing solving typical atypical problems own work area supervisory approval evaluating selecting solutions established options impacting team quality services provided following standardized procedures practices receives regular moderate supervision guidance.
