As Client Experience Coordinator you will serve as primary point of contact for clients providing consistent professional support throughout travel planning and coordination process focusing on communication organization and client satisfaction.
This role involves responding to client inquiries promptly professionally ensuring clear effective communication providing personalized assistance addressing concerns during planning and travel process ensuring all travel related information shared with clients is current accurate complete maintaining regular follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and seamless experiences identifying resolving client issues efficiently to support positive overall experience.
