Description
We are seeking a building maintenance person to become a part of our teamResponsibilities:
- Perform minor repairs inside apartments and throughout the building
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
- Clean, repair, and prepare apartments for rerental upon move outs
- Basic janitorial duties such as garbage disposal, mopping, etc.
- Maintain building grounds and keep free from debris.
- Maintain a clean and a safe work space
- Perform other duties, as assigned by superintendent
- Close building public areas on a nightly basis
- Report any unusual, disturbing or illegal activity to superior immediately
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with handheld tools and equipment
- Deadline and detailoriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Bilingual (Spanishspeaking) preferred
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour
