A STEM Summer Camp Intern helps develop and lead our exciting Summer Day Camps focusing on space science and STEM exploration. The intern designs and facilitates engaging activities teaches inspires campers ensures their safety evaluates the camp experience. Affordable dorm housing is available for out-of-area candidates.Responsibilities
- Design engaging age-appropriate STEM curricula daily activities for weekly summer day camps in alignment with predetermined camp themes with support approval from the Education Coordinator.
- Serve as a co-lead teacher counselor creating a dynamic safe educational environment where campers can explore STEM topics while having fun.
- Ensure the safety of all campers at all times providing first aid when necessary coordinating appropriate assistance in emergencies.
