The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire is a dynamic organization that currently supports 200 staff working in 30 Early Childhood and Out of School Time programs with a large geographic footprint.

The COO serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for overseeing the ongoing operations and procedures of these programs as they align with the organization's mission and strategic plan.

Ongoing review, modification, and implementation of priorities, processes, and standards as the organization grows are keystones of the COO's role.
  • To collaborate with the CEO to support the organization's vision, mission, and operations strategies.
  • To translate vision and strategies into actionable steps.
