WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:


  • Master's degree in human resources or equivalent preferred;
    or a Bachelor's degree, five years of related work experience in a notforprofit organization, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in HR leadership and strategy development
  • Strong understanding of nonprofit and healthcare settings
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel offsite for job fairs and training opportunities

Preferred Qualifications:
A professional certification in human resources.
